Non Perfroming Loans Acquisition and Management

We have acquiredand currently manage portfolios of Non Performing Loans, Recieveables, Auto Loans, Credit Card Claims (NPLs) from various domestic and foreign financial institutions. To date, the asset size (Outstanding Obligations) owned and managed is over USD 800M covering a vast demographic profile.

Our existing platform has end to end capabilities ranging from financial due diligence, asset valuation,buy side and sell side advisory, negotiation and deal structuring documentation, execution and collection platform, and asset and inventory management. On NPLs, our team can conduct skip trace and asset search services, litigation management, provide resolution strategies on a porfolio and on a per account basis, including executing and closing on restructuring, organizing and leading rehabilitation plans, litigation strategies, developing and executing on exit strategies and other modes of recovery.

Real Estate Acquisitions

To take advantage of the increasing urbanization in the south of Metro Manila, Elite Union has acquired properties in Tagaytay, a city known for its breathtaking views of the Taal Lake and its cool weather, making it a premiere destination for family getaways. We have also acquired properties in the Cavite-Laguna business hubs. Dubbed to be the “Makati of the South”, the next wave of progress has been set, and we are at the center.

We also acquired several properties in Metro Cebu, the main commercial hub of the Visayas Region and one of the most developed cities in the country.

Hotel Operation

We have invested in a hotel in Makati City, the country’s premiere commercial district. The acquisition has introduced us to key contacts in different industries for other potential investments.

Real Estate Mortgage Portfolio I

Elite Union acquired a portfolio of sales contract receivables secured by various residential properties located in the Philippines and developed by a subsidiary of one of the country’s premier developers.

Real Estate Mortgage Portfolio II

Elite Union also acquired a portfolio of sales contract receivables secured by several residential properties in Carmona, Cavite developed by formerly the largest privately-owned real estate developer in the Philippines before its public listing.
