Who is Elite Union?

Elite Union is an investment firm founded in 2006. Originally established to hold high-yield offshore investments, the group quickly diversified its investments to include three real estate-backed portfolios, several properties on prime locations across the country, hotel operations, mining, and media.

How do we evaluate our investment decisions?

We identify and critically assess potential acquisitions based on company background, industry prospects, and projected cash flows; develop business strategies for various scenarios; and determine the optimal capital structure to maximize enterprise value while reducing risks. With our financial flexibility and our audacity to take risks, we commit to our investments in various forms, from funding to human resources to ensure its success.

Considered experts in the real estate industry, Elite Union is comprised of individuals that have worked with the country’s largest developers such as Ayala Land, Century Properties, Cathay Land and Philtown Properties; top financial institutions which includes Goldman Sachs, ING Bank, UBS, Merrill Lynch and Capmark Financial Group; as well as real estate services firms such as CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle.
